I'm looking for a web developer who knows WordPress extremely well. I'm busy with a website, and the main layout is finished. I need someone who can finish off the work for me and have it completed before the end of Feb 2019.

this person/company will have to sign an NDA prior to working as they will be dealing with extremely sensitive. I will contact you regarding what I'm looking for and will need a quote first. I am willing to pay a deposit to start the work and then settle once the site is completely up and running and ready for full launch.
