After self-introspection. We shouldn’t lose touch with being human and showing humanity. Not everything said to us needs a defense, sometimes we just need to listen, apologise when necessary, forgive where we can, and understand that misunderstandings happen. We’re all human at the end of the day. Avoidance is like putting a bandage over a wound that still needs cleaning.
