📖 THE RECIPE

Ingredients:
Farmfoods Cake Flour
Desmondi salt
Royal brown sugar
Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Clover full cream milk
(Tip: Don’t forget to add your favorite baking powder and a touch of butter from our shop to get that perfect rise!)

Instructions:
1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 200°C and lightly grease a baking tray.
2. Mix: Sift the cake flour, a pinch of Desmondi salt, and a dash of Royal brown sugar into a bowl.
3. Cheese: Toss in a generous helping of grated Cheddar Cheese and mix well.
4. Bind: Gradually add the Clover full cream milk, mixing lightly until a soft dough forms. (Handle it gently so your scones stay fluffy!)
5. Shape: Turn the dough onto a floured surface, pat it down to about 2cm thick, and cut into rounds.
6. Bake: Place on your tray, brush the tops with a little extra milk, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until beautifully golden brown.

Serve warm with a smear of butter and even more cheese! 🤤
