Tsitsing Kgotla Ya Rakhudu Special Father’s Day Lekgotla 2026 - Tsitsing Excellence Corporate Centre - Colour Fun Wellness Special Lekgotla.
To every father of Tsitsing Kgotla Ya Rakhudu, thank you for your unwavering commitment and leadership in the Kgotla and at home. You carry the weight of responsibility with quiet strength — showing up for meetings, guiding your families, and setting the standard for the next generation. Your discipline builds order, your wisdom brings direction, and your sacrifice lays the foundation for a stronger community. A father’s presence is more than provision; it is protection, correction, and example. The values you model today become the character your children walk in tomorrow.
May God bless the work of your hands, renew your energy, and reward your faithfulness in every season. Thank you for choosing duty over comfort, for protecting with love, and for leading even when it’s hard. Because you show up, the Kgotla stands firm and your families grow stronger. We see your effort, we honour your sacrifice, and we stand with you.
Happy Blessed Father’s Day — may your home be filled with peace, your heart with joy, and your legacy with impact.

Happy Father’s Day!
Happy Blessed Father’s Day to all the fathers of Tsitsing Kgotla Ya Rakhudu. Today we pause to honour the men whose shoulders carry families, whose voices teach discipline, and whose quiet sacrifice builds the future of this community. A father’s presence is more than provision — it’s protection, direction, and a living example of responsibility. Whether you’re raising children, mentoring young men, or holding the line for your household, your consistency matters. The seeds you plant in character, hard work, and faith will outlive you.
May this day remind you that your work is seen and your value is not measured by applause, but by the lives you shape. I pray that God strengthens your hands, renews your energy, and fills your home with peace and joy. May He bless the work of your hands, guard your health, and reward your faithfulness in every season — the busy ones, the quiet ones, and the hard ones. Thank you for leading with love, for showing up when it’s easier to quit, and for being the anchor Tsitsing needs. We honour you today, and we stand with you always.

COMENSA North West Engagement, Rustenburg Bon Hotel.
Our leader, Kgosana Koketso Rakhudu, honoured the invitation to attend COMENSA North West today at the Rustenburg Bon Hotel. There he met with Mr. Mohau Mphomela, President of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa and founder of Lead Africa Coaching, as well as a practicing coaching supervisor, alongside Mr. Rapula Modibane. The engagement reaffirmed a shared commitment to ethical leadership, professional excellence, and building capacity that uplifts communities across the province.
At the heart of this commitment is the Tsitsing Kgotla Ya Rakhudu Growth & Accountability Strategy. It is not merely a framework on paper. It is a living culture of transparency, responsibility, and continuous improvement that guides how we serve the Royal Bafokeng Nation in Tsitsing, Kgotla Ya Rakhudu.
By aligning world-class coaching and mentorship standards with African values of communal care and accountability, the Strategy ensures that leadership development translates into real impact: stronger institutions, empowered people, and a legacy of integrity that transforms lives across the continent.

Rustenburg Police Station Meet & Greet with Kgosana Koketso Rakhudu.
This afternoon, our leader Kgosana Koketso Rakhudu joined the Rustenburg Police Station Commander for a meet and greet session. The engagement forms part of Tsitsing Kgotla Ya Rakhudu’s Stakeholders Growth Plan — a deliberate strategy to bring key stakeholders together around a common cause and shared goals for the community.
These conversations are critical to building trust and alignment between traditional leadership and law enforcement. By opening direct lines of communication, we strengthen cooperation on safety, crime prevention, and community development initiatives. It reinforces our belief that sustainable progress happens when institutions work together, listen to each other, and put the wellbeing of the people first.
This meet and greet is another step toward a safer, more united Tsitsing where every stakeholder has a seat at the table.

Special Leadership Visit to Tantana Primary School 🏫 - Tantanana Community.
This morning our leader, Kgosana Koketso Rakhudu, paid a visit to Tantana Primary School in Tantanana Village — one of the proud villages of the Royal Bafokeng Nation. The school’s leadership continues to set a powerful example, proving that when you serve in a public institution, your duty is to make it work despite the challenges. Their commitment shows that leadership is about creating a home where every learner, teacher, and parent feels valued, respected, and inspired to thrive.
Tsitsing Kgotla Ya Rakhudu continues to draw valuable lessons from Tantana Primary’s leadership. Their approach strengthens our resolve as we carry forward our mandate of Leadership Excellence — building institutions that uplift communities, nurture potential, and reflect the values we stand for.
