A Toyota Hilux 3.0L D-4D came in very underpowered. We did a complete diagnostic/fault-finding and sorted out some problems on the vehicle. With the vehicle already on the dyno, we decided to do an ECU performance software tune. The results in power gain are huge.

The GWM P-Series came in very underpowered. We gave it a run on the dyno and it made 69kW and 185Nm calculated to the engine. We then identified some problems and proceeded to rectify them. We then did a dyno run to verify that the vehicle is on factory spec of 120kW / 400Nm. After confirming that the vehicle is in good health and on spec, we proceeded to fit a custom bolt-on downpipe and did a mild ECU tune file to give it a bit more power. We ended with 143kW / 513Nm.
