My journey at Koketso Rakhudu Foundation (KRF) has been truly life-changing. I discovered the foundation through my sister, who was previously a facilitator, and from the moment I applied, I was welcomed with kindness, patience, and support. I enrolled in Office Practice and Management, Business Practice and Entrepreneurship, and Early Childhood Development, where dedicated facilitators inspired and motivated me to achieve my best.

Despite the challenges I faced, the guidance, encouragement, and support from both the facilitators and my fellow students gave me the confidence to keep going. KRF helped me grow academically, professionally, and personally, and I am proud to have graduated as the Top Achiever in Business Practice and Entrepreneurship. I am sincerely grateful to Koketso Rakhudu Foundation for believing in me and helping me build a brighter future.

Hi, My name is Lorraine Makuwa, I am just a girl who believes in her self, I am from Brits near Oukasie, but let me share my sacrifice before my success....I relocated from Oukasie to rusternburg just to study 3 months course, and I believe that success is far from home. Today I celebrate more than a certificate.

I celebrate late nights, early mornings and choosing growth over comfort. Completing my short course in Tourism management with distinction taught me one thing: KNOWLEDGE OPEN DOOR, BUT ACTION WALKS YOU THROUGH THEM. to anyone thinking it's too late or it's too hard-Start anyways. THE JOURNEY HAS STRENTHERN MY SKILLS.

NOT FORGETTING MY FACILITATOR (THATO KGWETE) thank you for your patience, for believing in me on days I didn't believe in myself, for making tourism come alive in me.

Hi my name is Rorisang and I am a former student of KRF and a graduate of Mar-Jun semester. It was scary but fun at the same time, for someone who was doing 3different courses and a full time employee. So I learned a lot gained knowledge that came with experience.

And I’m a shy person to be honest, I think to my Facilitators and, former Colleagues(classmates) who played a very pivotal role in enhancing my stage fright or confidence. And yes we’ve had our ups and downs(challenges) at KRF, but things got the hang of it.

But all props💐 to my BME facilitator(Mr Maselo) in believing and pushing me🫡, I hope I made him proud too by the distinction I received. But mostly all thanks to the whole foundation❤️🙏🏿.

I consider myself very fortunate to stdy on a great foundation and having a supportive facilitators. When I look back in terms of what I've accomplished now since my first day, it is simply surreal. I have progressed from someone who had no prior knowledge about ECD, Office practice or Business practice to now being a graduate 🧑‍🎓 . I am appreciative that I was given an opportunity to learn and showcase my talents as an student and that you also offered me a stage to present about business opportunities to your students

Most of all, I am grateful for your expertise and insights. Sometimes, new circumstances were uneasy for me but you always encouraged me to look at matters from a different angle or perspective and let the process work itself out. Additionally, you have facilitated and coached in my areas of development such as facilitating and learning where I have seen the positive end results and personal growth.

As you mentioned, I do agree that one of the biggest changes I have noticed has been my self-confidence and I remember vividly being told that the KOKETSO RAKHUDU FOUNDATION was supposed to be a learning experience.

I am thankful that I got to experience the as it created a foundation where now I am able to knowledge-share with other people and expand my skill sets in ways I could never imagined.

Firstly, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Koketso Rakhudu for giving me the opportunity to showcase my skills and knowledge. My experience here at the Koketso Rakhudu Foundation has been amazing because I came with the determination to improve my life and spread my wings.🙂‍↔️

The facilitators and my classmates made me feel welcomed and supported from the very beginning. This institution has nurtured, empowered and helped me boost my confidence to finally be able to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new opportunities that strive for greater heights.🤍

As I move forward, I will always carry the lessons, values and memories I have gained here. I can proudly say that this experience has exceed my expectations. It has helped me see and uncover strengths I never knew I had and has inspired me to believe in my potential. 🙇🏽‍♀️
