πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ As parents, we all want to have better conversations with our kids and learn more about their day-to-day experiences. But sometimes, it can be hard to know where to start.

πŸ€” That's why we've put together a list of open-ended questions you can ask your kids at the end of the day, based on their age and stage of development. Whether you have a toddler, a tween, or a teen, these questions will help you connect with your child on a deeper level and show them that you care.

πŸ‘Ά For preschoolers, try asking questions like "What did you have the most fun doing today?" or "Did you see or experience anything new today?"

πŸ§’ For tweens, you could ask "What was the best thing that happened to you today?" or "Is there something that you accomplished today that you found challenging or rewarding?"

πŸ‘¦πŸ‘§ And for teens, consider questions like "Did anything happen today that made you feel proud of yourself?" or "What are you looking forward to tomorrow?"

πŸ‘‰ The key is to keep the questions open-ended and non-judgmental, and to really listen to your child's answers. By doing so, you can create a safe and supportive environment where your child feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings with you.

πŸ’¬ What are your favorite conversation starters with your kids? Let us know in the comments!

Daddious, it has been a while since I last put out a podcast.

Work and life got crazy, everyone wanted their summer bodies ready and I spent a lot of time focusing on my clients and unfortunately didn't get to record a new episode.

Personally, a lot of my stress stems from managing my finances and making sure everything is paid for and I know it's the same for many other dads.

So, I had a chat with a good friend and financial guru Terence Tobin about family financial planning.

Don't miss this podcast (it's probably my best one so far). It will go live tomorrow morning. If you don't want to miss it, subscribe to The Daddious Show on your favourite podcast platform.

Want to live a healthy life???

It's so simple.
βœ… Eat vegetables,
βœ… Sleep lots,
βœ… Drink ample water,
βœ… move every day,
AND
βœ… most importantly, ignore all the fads out there.

Health is a lifelong journey. Rather develop healthy habits than hop from one fad to another.
