Man Vitality Conversations

I'll be on the panel session this Saturday discussing what is it to be a man in today's society. With the rampant increase of GBV and su***de being the single biggest killer of the male population, we are here to help men become better men in society.
This comes at no better time as I celebrate 6 years of being clean from drug addiction and sharing my views, while now having the necessary tools to do so, of becoming a man while being fatherless since a very young age.
