Introduction

MMP Projects (MMP) is a registered company in terms of the laws that govern company registrations in the Republic of South Africa. The MMP team has been together for more than 20 years, and has since its inception, continuously operated as a developer and building contractor of residential buildings within the province of Gauteng. The company has to date built over 2000 housing units and over 10 000 RDP houses.

MMP’s strategically focusses in the development of quality residential properties for households who earn between R5,000 and R40,000 basic salary per month. MMP’s bouquet of services include but are not limited to:
- stand selection,
- design,
- drawing of architectural house plan and municipal approvals of those plans,
- liaison with: municipal councils
- and more
