This week TLC FROZEN MEALS made beautiful yellow tail Fish Pie🐟🥘.

We bought freshly caught yellow tail from Adcan Marine who filleted the fish beautifully for us once we had selected our fish. See photo below.

We came home and poached the fish in milk and fish spice it was then flaked checked for bones. As can be seen in the photo below. You can't get fresher than that

We then made an awesome white onion sauce to which we added the flaked fish.

Each meal was packed with a large helping of the fish and sauce and topped with creamy mash potato and grilled, resulting in a lovely brown top to finish it off.

Hello to all my wonderful customers. TLC MEALS are back! We had a bit of a scare as I fell desperately ill and was given a 1 % chance of survival. But I fought and made it because I knew just how many of you depended on my MEALS . I apologise for the glitch but I am well on my way to recovery and I am cooking MEALS like there is no tomorrow.
Unfortunately I am not strong enough to endure a full day at the markets yet. However we are delivering straight to you. We will deliver to Durban areas every second Sunday and to Scottbugh and surrounds once a week depending on the orders received.

Thank you to everyone for the wonderful support and all the kind well wishes which gave me even more reason to fight harder to live.
