following the success of The All Africa Sports Tournament, September 26th 2015 marked the begining of yet another reputable event. The amalgamation of Vaal United Car Clubs and Emfuleni Local Municipality gave birth to this event in celebration of our heritage as Africans in diversity. the day unfolded with a mass convoy by the usual suspects; Vaal Ford Focus Family, Vaal Side Dolphin Boys, Vaal Finest, Team Polo, Beetle lovers and many more. Multiple dance domonstrations by various cultural groups wowed the audience with their colourful displays, and not to mention the wonderful and classy food tasting from different nationalities was the crown of it all. we would like to thank the Emfuleni Local Municipality, Vodacom, Emfuleni Traffic Department, Emfuleni Fire and Rescue, South African Police Services, Red Cross and all the the participants who made this a success.

A new set of episodes from a locally produced reality show called "Mandaki" will premiere here on the 27th June 2015... This seeks to showcase a handful of friends from the township, looking to stay afloat in the volatile era of unemployment, social decay and frustration. Watch this space!..
