People taking their own lives may have believed that they have no way of getting out of their dilemmas. It gets more difficult when one finds no one to trust or talk to, or even try get them out of their challenges.

Giving up should not be an option. But our own reaction to people in trouble should be more of love and understanding, as opposed to gossip and victimisation. We often see them as 'selfish' for taking an 'easy' way out and yet we never ask ourselves if perhaps there could have been another way to help them in their moment of need.
