Yaseen’s Superette. A concept 
 
We may be a well known name, a trendsetter, a first in many ways, but let's go old school and hit rewind. Rewind for 14 years. That's how long it took us to get to where we are today.  
We = Zaheera & Zay, mother-daughter duo are the co founders of Yaseen's Superette.  
 
As with anything we started small and after many long days and sleepless nights, our business grew (and is still growing alhamdullilah) Being a regular Superette made us restless though. We wanted to be better than that, more special than that.  
 
We wanted to take it to the next level, we wanted to stand out, we wanted to create an experience when you come to the store that more than just a bread and milk run.  
 
We noticed a gap in the market, a niche one. A space for all the 'known and elite names' that people were familiar with when they travelled yet they longed for when they were back home. This drove us to start importing & stocking those very same candies, drinks, snacks and other treats from the U.S.A and the U.K.  
 
And that is when it really kicked off.  
 
It now defines our business and makes us stand out. We also wanted to grow our specialty range of locally sourced items. The best of best, the cream of the crop. We're talking about the ones who use real butter, real ghee, fresh ingredients, genuine products, no chemicals, fresh & freezer, baked and unbaked. We're the best of local & international. We're a gourmet convenience store like no other.
