Week 4 Update
Another week of hard work in the books! 💪 Our student-athletes pushed themselves in the gym and on the field, showing great gains in strength, conditioning, and rugby-specific skills.
This week’s focus was on sharpening individual skills and dominating the breakdown area—key elements for backline success. The energy and commitment have been outstanding, and the boys are building momentum.
We’re excited for Week 5, where preparations continue for the upcoming weekend clash at Olienpark, Potchefstroom. Our boys will represent Stilfontein Hurricanes vs Rustenburg Impala 🏉🔥
