Still smiling after running this pristine coastal corridor. Something I wanted to do for many years. A spectacular day out appreciating so many things to be grateful for : Good health, a fit body & mind, the ability to push beyond my boundaries & the privilege that this was 🫶🏻🔆 👣

•OTTER TRAIL 2025•

Stepping out of my comfort zone, taking on a new adventure. Sometimes, the best approach is to arrive without expectation, to run by feel, and to trust yourself. I never dreamed of a podium.

What a privilege it was to run the Otter Trail — traversing the pristine Tsitsikamma coastline was truly one for the books. I’m beyond grateful for such an invigorating experience. 🔆

To the trail running community who welcomed me with open arms — thank you. Your support and cheers meant the world. Great to see some familiar media faces out there too 😉 Thanks for the encouragement & capturing the beauty👊🏻
