Mr Kobus Grobler’s tutor group celebrated the end of term with a morning at the movies, enjoying Toy Story 5 together. Beyond the fun and nostalgia, the film explored important themes around the overuse of devices and cyberbullying, making it especially relevant for students in today’s digital world.

It was a thoughtful and entertaining way to end Term 2, with plenty to enjoy and reflect on.

We are proud to congratulate Daniël Theron in Grade 8, who will be taking part in the U14 cricket section of the NPL Nationals 2026 during the upcoming July holidays at Uplands College in Mpumalanga.

This prestigious tournament brings together some of the top young cricketers from across South Africa, with only 56 players selected nationally in each age group.

A special feature of the event is that each player receives an official NPL Test Number, which becomes their lifetime honours board number for future NPL national events.

Well done, Daniël, on this wonderful achievement. We wish you every success as you take to the field and compete among some of the country’s best young cricketers.
