Few things done and dusted:

1. New main water supply to housing units.
2. New concrete ramp and weather strip to prevent water from running underneath the door.
3. Curtain rails installed.
4. Shelf installed in bathroom.
5. Repaired and sealed leaking water connections
6. Blocked drain opened.

Pipe replacement
Blanks installed to broken pipes and stolen taps.

New basin replacement and new lighting fixture installed!!🛠🤗

Repaired a cracked 110mm sewage pipe
Replaced a toilet cistern water pipe.
Replaced an un-accessible underground burst valve with a new accessible ball valve.
Repaired a toilet ball valve.

Few jobs done today
New valve with box connected from the water meter.
Flame heater installed.

Few jobs done in the last week!!!

Blocked drain
Knotty pine ceiling repair, replaced and painted.
Overhang lights removed.
Facia board repaird and roof leak sealed.
