Day 3 took an interesting turn. While femininity sparked conversation earlier in the week, it didn’t show up again today and maybe that’s part of the journey. Instead, the group leaned into something else: unearthing potential. What it looks like. What it feels like. And how it can unfold in real time. Louise is especially curious about holding space for this, both within the group and with individuals, and letting the process lead. Real conversations. Honest reflections. We’re excited to see where this goes next.

This evening marks the start of our Advancing Social Cohesion course, presented in partnership with Hugenote Kollege, a space for learning, reflection, and real conversations about how we show up in the communities we serve.
