TeleSales - Umhlanga (Liquor Sales)

Liquor Distributor based in Umhlanga is Currently looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with previous or Current Liquor Sales Experience.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday & Public Holidays
Salary: Basic Salary Negotiable depending on experience, and Provident fund of 7.5%

Requirements
2-3 years telesales Experience
Liquor Sales experience | Knowledge.
Knowledge of areas and suburbs in KZN
Strong organizational skills
Good Communications Skills ( both telephonic and on email)
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail
Computer Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, excel, word), Syspro experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
Assisting customers to ensure a smooth sales process
Process incoming orders timeously and efficiently
Managing customer expectations
Internally source products for short stock orders
Answer questions about products or the company
Handle grievances/complaints to preserve the company's reputation
Direct customers to relevant department
Tracking of orders
Following up with internal staff on Outstanding orders
