Attorney position available at a well-established law firm based in Umhlanga to start immediately.

The suitable Attorney must have the following:

- Be in possession of an LLB Degree.

- Be an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with Rights of Appearance in High Court.

- Post admission experience : 3 - 4 years

-Reside in KZN with reliable means of transportation in order to travel to Courts around KZN (own vehicle).

-Be assertive and able to work well in conflict situations.

-Have strong computer literacy skills.

-Must be an independent thinker.

-Be willing to work long hours in accordance with needs of the business and nature of the industry.

-Be neat, tidy and

well presented.

-Timeous and hardworking.

-Honest and reliable.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

-Knowledge of Magistrates Court and Labour Matters will be an added advantage.
