There is no best training program for everybody, however as long as you are incorporating these fundamentals, then you can make progress continuously.

The main thing must be the main thing. When it comes to your training, don't have delusions of grandeur. The only thing you need is your why.

If your 'why' is big enough, the 'how' will take care of itself.

Me: Hey man how's it going?
Ali: Yeah good thanks.

Me: Have you been eating?
Ali: Yeah I had a big breakfast!

Me: and lunch? What about the meal before gym?
Ali: Yeah man, chicken and rice.

Me: attaboy!

》》End of Session 》》

Me: That's it, we crushed it!
Ali: I'm getting so much stronger!

Me: OK what are you going to go do now?
Ali: Eat...

Me: That's it! And before bed?
Ali: Eat?
