Getting out of the way of the short ball is just as important as playing it. Learning the correct ducking and weaving technique helps young cricketers stay safe, stay confident, and keep their eyes on the ball.

Today’s session focused on moving early, keeping our head inside the line, and reacting correctly to the bouncer. 👌

The boys put in some great work… although not everyone got out of the way successfully! 🤣 (Wait for the ending 😂)
