Slow-roasted rolled beef brisket, rainbow carrots roasted in red wine with a cheeky splash of Coke, with a side of crispy baby potatoes and sweet roasted butternut.

🌿 Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cucumber (grated & drained)
1 cup plain or Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh mint or dill (optional but so good!) (We have the full selection of fresh herbs available)

Instructions:

1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
3. Chill for 10–15 minutes — the longer it sits, the better it tastes!

Serve it with veggie sticks, grilled meat, or warm pita bread 🫓💚
