WE ARE HIRING! Training Facilitator: Agricultural Studies Location: Worcester

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct diverse training sessions in-person or virtually.
• Coordinate theoretical, practical, and workplace components.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training materials.
• Tailor training content for diverse audiences.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and evaluations.
• Incorporate best practices for continuous improvement.
• Design and implement learning initiatives to support goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS
• Relevant Agricultural Qualification.
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role.
• Understanding of adult learning principles & instructional design.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, & communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects & prioritise effectively.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) & virtual trainingplatforms.
• Certification in training facilitation, assessment & moderation practices, a plus.
• Good administration, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate (word, excel, power point).
• Valid Driver’s licence
• Willingness to learn South African sign language
