I paid @2400 for KXD phone which I returned due to malfunctioning after a very long tidious conversation I get another phone worth @1950 and you're now refusing to either refund me the balance or give me any item from your store thats because I have chosen a different brand!

Let me tell you "as long as it's the same store I have all the rights to get as much items as possible provided i don't exceed the initial value" you're just embarrassing yourself on this matter coz I think I tried my best and you seem to be above your nose👃

Am giving you 72hrs to either refund me or give me any item worth the balance k450 or else it won't end well. That's pure theft. Respect customers money, a customer is the reason for your existence.

You can't create the system you can't regulate.

You should improve on your customer service otherwise one dissatisfied customer has the power to shut down the entire business especially on issues of trying steal from poor clients...I mean how do you account for my balance coz there's no stock purchase recorded against my k450.

Respect customer rights.
