FORMER VICE PRESIDENT DR. GUY SCOTT has DIED. 😢

The former Zambian Vice-President and Acting President, Dr. Guy Scott, has passed away on July 15, 2026. He made history as the first white head of state in mainland Africa since 1989, serving as Zambia's 12th vice president from 2011 to 2014 and becoming acting president following Michael Sata's death in October 2014.
