Happy New Week ✨

Last Friday, 23rd May 2026, we had our very first Emotional Wellness & Dance Session at Kabulonga Girls under the Kuvina program through our Feel It, Move It – Learner Emotional Support Programme, and what a beautiful experience it was.

We spent time getting to know the girls, creating a safe space to talk about feelings, emotions, and the importance of understanding that all feelings matter. Through conversation, movement, and dance, we explored healthy ways to express ourselves and turned our emotions into choreography that allowed the girls to freely express how they feel.

It was inspiring to see the girls open up, connect, and confidently participate throughout the session ✨

We are excited to continue our sessions at Kabulonga Girls as we explore more important conversations around mental health, self-expression, confidence, and wellbeing.
