Set Apart General Dealers is a reputable company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Executive Assistant to manage our General office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess at least 1 year of experience in any business field.

*Responsibilities:*

- General office work
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transportation providers
- Prepare and submit customs documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
- Maintain accurate records and reports

*Requirements:*

- Must have a Diploma in any business field.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, and other software)
- familiar with returns for nhima,napsa and ZRA
- - At least 1 year of experience in any business field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Age: 25-35 years old
