On World Health Day, we are reminded that good health is essential for every child’s growth and success. 🌍

Health education equips young people with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions, stay safe, and build healthier futures.

At Chance4All, we remain committed to supporting both the education and well-being of every learner. 💚

Today we observe World Water Day 💧

Access to clean and safe water is essential for health, education, and dignity. For many learners, it can mean the difference between attending school or staying home.

Together, we continue to advocate for healthier and stronger communities.

Last year, Chance4All opened a call for tertiary sponsorship applications, inviting young people with determination and potential to take the next step in their educational journey.

After a rigorous selection and evaluation procedure, we are proud to support Peter Sakala and Emeldah Ntalasha, two dedicated students now pursuing their tertiary education through the Chance4All scholarship programme.

Their journeys remind us that when opportunity meets determination, meaningful change becomes possible. 💛

We look forward to seeing the impact they will continue to create in their communities.

Today we celebrate Sandra Ngulube

As she steps into a new chapter, we want to wish her success, strength and joy in her new endeavours.

But, above all, to express our deepest gratitude for the impact she has made at Chance4All.

While she will be deeply missed, we are incredibly proud as she moves on to serve under the Zambian Ministry of Education, bringing with her our shared experience and values.

Sandra has been at the heart of Chance4all work — first as a volunteer in 2018 and later as Education and Project Manager. With dedication, compassion, and steady leadership, she guided our students, strengthened our programmes, and helped our organisation grow.

✨ Her impact speaks for itself:
* Mentored and supported over 50 students
* Led impactful workshops on menstrual health, mental health, climate awareness, and youth empowerment
* Built strong partnerships with schools and community organisations
* Embodied the values of kindness, resilience, and hope every single day

Sandra has been more than a manager — she has been a role model, a pillar, and a source of joy to our team and learners.

Thank you, Sandra, for the love, leadership, and light you brought to Chance4All. You will always be part of this family.

Who we are

We are a small group of volunteers from different countries and backgrounds, who have been in close contact with child education in Zambia from various perspectives (volunteering, professional activities, fund raising etc) for a number of years. The common denominator we have is our singular passion to give children a chance and a right to Education.

Since we arrived in Zambia we have repeatedly encountered many number of children out of school, both in Primary and Secondary cycle, mainly for economic reasons. The estimated number of children out of school in Zambia is 800,000, as recently estimated by FAWE (http://zambia24.com/news/2017/08/23/89-million-african-children-are-out-of-school-fawe/).

We believe that the Right to Education is a basic and universal human right, and that no child should ever be prevented from access to it. We know that Zambian Government is undertaking commendable initiatives in this regard, some of them with the financial support of international donors and under the auspices of UN initiatives but we are hoping to locate those children that fall through the gap.

Our medium-term objective is to expand our Sponsorship Scheme first to other low income compounds in Lusaka, then to other areas of Zambia where there are high incidences of out of school children. All our work is done pro bono, so that all proceeds go directly towards the targeted children.

Our long-term dream is that we will not be needed anymore and that the children of today are able to build a country where every child, boy or girl, wakes up every morning to join a school class with books under his/her arm and aspire to realise their dreams, whatever they may be.
