Update: I finally managed to fine tune my ayruvedic oil and it seems to have been working very well for me. The spritz still needs a few more herbs to make it 👌extra nice nice. I have seen an improvement in my shedding and it looks like I still have hair left on my head😂😂. I have seen growth on my bold spot as well 😅. I did a length check too 😉. In my next post I will share a few tips on how to take care of natural hair.

The horror of postpartum shedding. My hair has always been thick and juicy as you can see in pic one. To my horror after baby number three,a year down the line my hair has been shedding like crazy such that my middle has a bald spot 🥺 (pic two).
