offer an automated professional transfer service to all civil servants for free.

*Step 1*.
Download the the App from PlayStore, sign up.

*Step 2*
Go to your email and click *verify* from the email received from the system.

*Step 3*
Go back to the App and sign in after verification from the email.

*Step 4*
Fill in details in your profile and make your transfer requests to the preferred place of choice.

*Step 5*.
Search for transfer requests made by others and chat with them if you are interested in their location

*Step 6*
Initiate transfer from the chats and let your swapmate approve when interested in your location.

*Step 7*
Check your emails and download a draft letter generated by the system, edit and print then submit to your supervisor for the normal government procedures to take place.

*NOTE*
Kindly note that the APP/system only helps you to find a Match and once you have agreed to swap, all necessary/Standard government procedures will be handled by the relevant officers in your Ministry.
