He will first start by saying he is very much interested in your organization and wanted to access your website for information or to send link to his friends abroad to show them what they are missing out on in Zambia but was unable to, he will then proceed to say if you are having technical problems it just so happens that he is into website designing and maintenance and offer you chance to try him out. I would like to assure you that is not true, best thing to do when you receive such information from him is simply to visit your website through you web browser and you will see its still very functional. Also, you all know its our policy to provide 24/7 technical support to any client under contract with us, so there is no way that any of your sites can go down without us informing you and taking care of the situation before it escalates in the quickest manner, this is not a marketing ploy but something that you our dear clients can attest to from our track record with your various organizations.
He will also send you this link that allegedly tells you if your website is down or not, but funny part about the same link says Google and Facebook and ironically his sites are down. Do you get a pattern here? its a con he did not think through thoroughly, here is the link he is likely to send to you:
