A quick update for Pilates for a Cause this Saturday, 6th December!
New Venue:
Inchito 2 Office Park, along Kabulonga Road (Directly opposite Kabulonga Girls).
We’ve moved to this space so we’re fully covered in case it rains, and everyone can still enjoy a beautiful, smooth session.
What to bring / wear:
-Comfy workout clothes
-Socks + sneakers
-A water bottle (optional — water will also be provided)
-And most importantly, an open mind and open heart.
