My experience in the police cell at Bauleni Post was a humbling one. I was detained for five days for a past mistake involving theft. The conditions were harsh, with body lice infesting my skin and a cold floor to sleep on. It was a challenging time, both physically and mentally.

Despite the difficulties, I was grateful for the visit from my family on the 27th. Seeing my loved ones brought me comfort and reminded me that I wasn't alone. During my time in the cell, I met other inmates facing serious charges, including murder and theft of large sums of money. Their stories were a sobering reminder of the consequences of one's actions.

Interestingly, my father's position gave me a certain level of respect among the other inmates. They seemed to look up to me, and I became somewhat of a leader in the cell. However, I didn't let this go to my head. Instead, I tried to stay focused on my own situation and think about how I could learn from my mistakes.

Throughout my detention, I reflected on my actions and the impact they had on others. I realized that I had made some poor choices, and it was time to take responsibility for them. I was grateful for the opportunity to think deeply about my life and consider how I could make positive changes.

Looking back, my experience in the police cell was a valuable lesson. It taught me the importance of accountability, resilience, and gratitude. I'm thankful for the support of my family and my faith, which helped me navigate this difficult time. I'm committed to moving forward and making better choices in the future.

In the end, my time in the police cell was a wake-up call. It forced me to confront my mistakes and think about how I could grow from them. I'm grateful for the experience and the lessons it taught me. I'm focused on rebuilding my life and creating a brighter future for myself.
