Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Specialist to oversee and implement HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to management and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
1.⁠ ⁠Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
2.⁠ ⁠Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
3.⁠ ⁠Provide guidance on employment law, company policies, and procedures.
4.⁠ ⁠Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and improve employee engagement.
5.⁠ ⁠Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Certification in HSSE or basic Knowledge will be added advantage.

Requirements
1.⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2.⁠ ⁠Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
3.⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.
4.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5.⁠ ⁠Must have knowledge on Occupational Health and Safety.
