3️⃣Engine cutting off from time to time especially when the accelator pedal was released.
4️⃣Overheating,illuminating the overheating warning light[🌡️] (this was due to the blocked DPF,to be explained on the next post)

The vehicle left our workshop yesterday after a power restoration exercise with the following results:
✅DPF light OFF(after a proper DPF REMOVAL/DELETE exercise)
✅Engine warning light OFF
✅Lots of power
✅Monster acceleration

-ANSWER :
1️⃣)metal coolant bypass pipe(GENUINE) before the plastic one gets to leak:
•if one waits for the plastic bypass pipe to fail,there'll be definite coolant leaks.
•coolant leaks definitely lead to overheating.
•overheating definitely leads to a blown headgasket.
•a blown head gasket definitely leads to a FOUR FIGURE REPAIR bill or the car will be thrown into the JUNKYARD.
2️⃣)coolant temperature gauge:
•most of the 2017 models,the 2016 models and before NEVER came with factory COOLANT TEMPERATURE GAUGES.
•without a temperature gauge onboard,your SKYACTIV-D can overheat and blow the headgasket without notifying you as the overheating warning light finds it normal to HIDE even if the engine coolant temperature shoots up as high as 124°C🔥

𝗗𝗣𝗙 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗩𝗘𝗗 "𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗬"!!!𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗔𝗭𝗗𝗔 𝗖𝗫-𝟱 𝗦𝗞𝗬𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩-𝗗 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀:

The vehicle was test-driven over a distance of more than 150km(HIGHWAY) after a power restoration exercise with the following results:
✅DPF light OFF(after a proper DPF REMOVAL/DELETE exercise)
✅Engine warning light OFF
✅Lots of power
✅Monster acceleration
✅Normal engine coolant temperature
The vehicle also got an engine coolant temperature gauge for the purposes of monitoring the coolant temperature(the vehicle's owner requested that the coolant temperature gauge be installed).
