FQML Trident College Scholarships 2027

Trident College, in partnership with First Quantum Minerals Ltd., is delighted to announce the commencement of our 2027 scholarship programme. If you are a talented and dynamic Zambian student currently completing ECZ Grade 12, IGCSE or equivalent programme, this ‘full-ride’ scholarship represents the opportunity of a lifetime to study A Levels at Trident College.

A Levels are the international gold standard for university acceptance, preparing students to thrive, not survive in the university setting. Past graduates of the programme have gone on to achieve full scholarships to universities in South Africa, Japan, Turkey, and the U.S.

Applicants must not be older than 18 years of age on the 1st January 2027, and must attain at least 5 upper division distinctions in Grade 12 or equivalent, including English and Mathematics. Please read the attached flier for more information.

Netball Tour to Cape Town – Highlights

Our Trident College netball team returned from an unforgettable tour, competing in the La Rochelle Netball Tournament 2026.

Standout moments included a strong win over St Cyprian’s, a closely contested match against Waterkloof, and Player of the Match performances from Kanta Mumba and Moalsha Mwamba.
The girls were also inspired by a talk from SA netball player Nicole Taljaard and gained recognition from talent scouts.

Off the court, the team explored Cape Town, strengthening friendships and creating lasting memories.
