Specific Objectives:
-to coach people about Non Commincable Diseases
-To ensure that family members / individuals looking after the infected are well trained and have better understanding about the condition/s (NCDs)
-To assist the infected with home based care until they gain strength or family members take over
-To ensure that disadvantaged individuals are assisted with medical needs, food support and emotional support where necessary
-To offer counselling sessions to individuals in need of psychological support
