Guys I want to share something about what's worth putting in your mouth.Now a days people are no longer looking for quality but quantity,compromising their nutrition all in the name of what's cheap in the market.
Yes allowed, things are tough but in all honesty I beg to differ and prefer to eat good stuff despite the prize.I am not bragging, I am just sharing so that you get to understand the lengths we get to to stay healthy and well nourished.
Let me give you a classic example of the kinda bread that drives my nerves crazy.This brand is always 👌, freshness,taste, weight and texture, all in one package.I am no longer a fan of some of these not so good although famous brands.

I can bet my bottom dollar that once you take a bite at Mr Sikwa you will never regret in a thousand years.This bread is by the way found in Bulawayo Zimbabwe lest you globe trot looking for it to no avail.Men like me who dish free information are really hard to find on this mother earth.
