Through the generous support of USAID-BHA, the Lower Guruve Development Association (LGDA) is making a tangible difference in Mbire District!
The contrast in these pictures tells a powerful story. What was once a landscape of cracked earth and rudimentary water sources for both people and livestock is now a thriving community garden. Our project is not just about providing water; it's about empowering communities to build resilience and secure their own food and nutrition.
The new solar-powered water system and community nutrition gardens are a testament to the community's hard work and dedication.
