You are talented and broke because nobody knows you exist.

That is the whole problem. Not your skill. Not your effort. Not the quality of your work.

Your invisibility.

The world cannot hire what it cannot find. The client cannot pay what they have never seen. The opportunity cannot knock on a door with no address.

Someone is reading this right now who is genuinely talented. Not average talented. Actually, properly, undeniably talented. They design things that stop people mid-scroll.

They write in a way that makes you feel something. They build things that work the first time beautifully.

And nobody knows they exist.
Not because the talent is not real. It is. But talent sitting in private is indistinguishable from talent that does not exist at all.

This is the conversation the talent shows never have after the standing ovation. What happens when the performance ends and you go back to a life where nobody outside that room knows what you just did.

Visibility is what keeps talent alive beyond the moment.

Here is what I have watched happen too many times.

Someone incredibly skilled sitting on the sidelines watching someone with half their ability build an audience, land clients, and grow an income. And the talented one is frustrated. Confused. Quietly bitter. Asking why that person and not me.

The answer is uncomfortable but honest.
Because that person showed up. Consistently. Publicly. Imperfectly.

They posted before the work was perfect. They talked about what they do before they felt ready. They put themselves in front of people repeatedly until the people started coming to them.

Talent got them in the game. Visibility made them a player.

Here is what visibility actually is because most people misunderstand it.

It is not showing off. It is not performing. It is not pretending your life is something it is not for strangers on the internet.

It is simply making sure the right people know you exist and know what you can do.

A post showing your process. A video walking through something you built. A comment that demonstrates how you think. Small, consistent, honest signals that add up over time into a presence that precedes you into rooms you have not even entered yet.

It does not require a perfect camera. A huge following. A content strategy from someone with a marketing degree.

It requires showing up when you do not feel like it. Posting when nobody is watching yet. Trusting that consistency compounds even when the numbers do not show it immediately.

The market is not rewarding untalented people.
It is responding to who it can see.
And right now it cannot see you.

That is the only problem. And it is the most solvable one.

Pick a platform. Post something today. Not perfect. Not polished. Just real and consistent.

Do it again tomorrow.
Talent brought you this far on its own.
Imagine what happens when the world finally knows it exists.

One of the best decisions I made was to develop myself by doing Life Coaching with International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation founded by Grand Master Coach Blessing Doc Duri.

Life coaching equips you to identify and achieve personal goals, enhance self-awareness, overcome obstacles, improve relationships, and develop strategies for a fulfilling life.

It also helps in building confidence, motivation and accountability in various aspects of life, such as career, health and personal growth. It forces you to look inside yourself for the changes that you want in your life - real deep self-introspection because you can not help others unless you are in your own best mindset.

Our class had entrepreneurs, pastors, models, corporate leaders and I remember graduating with Nutty O as well.

1. Career Coaching - focuses on professional development, job satisfaction and career transitions. One of the best in Zimbabwe is Senòr Stern Mukundi Zvavamwe of Candoa.
2. Health and Wellness Coaching - aims to improve physical health, wellness habits and lifestyle changes. My friend and I are already doing this with Fitness First and the plan is to help build good exercise routines.
3. Relationship Coaching - helps individuals and couples improve their personal and interpersonal relationships. Coach Nyarie and Pastors Jefferson Niko Muserera Zw are very good with this.
4. Personal Development Coaching - concentrates on self-improvement, mindset shifts and personal growth. This is my favourite and I incorporate it in my corporate training.
5. Financial Coaching - guides clients in managing finances, budgeting and achieving financial goals. A lot of us needs this as adults and it is a very broad topic.

The idea is to move from one point to a better one nomatter what that means for an individual.
