THE RIGHT ATTITUDE IN A SEASON OF WAITING

God wants us to look at how we behave while we wait for Him to answer our prayers. Many of us pray for things — a new job, a husband, a child, healing, help for our families. But sometimes, while we wait, we do things that push the promise away instead of drawing it closer.

Have you seen how a child acts when a parent promises them a gift? The child tries so hard to be on good behaviour because they don’t want the parent to change their mind. They help with chores, they say “yes, Mama”, they listen quickly — because they want to keep the parent happy until the promise comes. This is how we should be with GOD. He is faithful — but how we behave matters while we wait for what He has promised.
