A colleague once asked on this platform " Gordon where can I find your products, are you in any big retailers yet?".........
One of the biggest mistakes we make as is to act big when we are small or just getting started absent much understanding about a lot of things to do with your product and the market ..... often overestimating our to service the big players only to disappoint with stock outs that become the order of the day......
My advice especially in a market characterised by a larger informal market as compared to the formal market/modern trade.......... Take your time to build your and pe*****te the market cautiously and strategically inline with what you are able to do.......
Every channel has its disparate set of opportunities and reactions to ...... Seek to understand those and then make your guided move....
If you grow too fast....that can be a problem........ And if you grow too slow, that too can be a problem too...... Building a brand takes time, effort and a learning mind to improve and optimise as you grow......
There is no rush in ....... Take it one step at a time otherwise you will choke yourself 🤞
