You roll over, and there they are — tucked in beside you, paw on your arm, breathing slow and steady. 🐾💤
There’s plenty of room on the bed… but your dog chooses you.
It’s not clinginess. It’s instinct.
Long before dogs were our cuddle buddies, they were pack animals. Sleeping close meant protection, warmth, and the comfort of knowing the pack was near. Every heartbeat was reassurance: we’re safe, we’re together.
That instinct is still alive. When your dog curls up next to you, it’s their way of saying: “You’re my person. This is where I belong.”
So next time they scoot a little closer, let them. That quiet closeness? That’s love, trust, and loyalty — all in one fuzzy package. ❤️🐶

𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗬𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 😢💔

Yesterday morning started in the most devastating way…

A tiny 6-week-old puppy was rushed into our hospital, gasping for air. His owner arrived in tears, holding his collapsed little body, desperate for help.

Our team acted immediately, taking urgent X-rays and what we found was heartbreaking.

This little pup had been fed bones daily, and a large bone had become wedged in his oesophagus. The internal damage was extensive and irreversible.

After exhausting all possible options, the kindest and most humane decision was to let him go peacefully and free him from further suffering.

We are sharing this painful story for one reason:

Please, please, PLEASE do not feed bones to your pets!

They can cause choking, blockages, perforations, and life-threatening injuries. This tragedy was preventable, and no family should have to endure this heartbreak.

Rest softly, sweet little one. 🌈🐾
