Position Summary
The Finance Graduate Intern will provide support to the finance department. The intern will assist in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and record-keeping while developing professional skills under the supervision of the finance team.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and processing of payments, receipts, and financial transactions.
• Support the recording and reconciliation of expenditures, bank statements, and petty cash.
• Help maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems (both physical and electronic).
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing requested documents.
• Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and donor requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Experience
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of attachment/internship experience in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; exposure to accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Pastel) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality in handling financial information.

The Programs Graduate Intern will support the implementation and coordination of program activities. The intern will work closely with program staff, contribute to field activities, and develop professional skills in research, reporting, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
• Support the design, planning, and coordination of program activities and events.
• Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, including data collection and analysis.
• Draft and edit meeting notes, and reports for internal and external use.
• Contribute to community engagement activities, workshops, and field visits.
• Facilitate training sessions for program beneficiaries under the guidance of program staff.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the programs team.
• Assist in knowledge management by maintaining program records and filing systems.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to strengthen program delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Skills and Experience
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of attachment/internship experience in program management, NGO operations, or community development.
• Strong interest in NGO/development work and commitment to learning.
• Good research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel to field sites when required.

The Cell phone repair trainer will provide high-quality training in mobile phone diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. The trainer will equip trainees with practical skills to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial opportunities in the fast-growing mobile technology sector. The role involves delivering both theoretical lessons and hands-on sessions, mentoring trainees, and ensuring industry-standard practices in all training activities.
Responsibilities
• Deliver structured training in cell phone repair, including hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and maintenance.
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and practical demonstrations.
• Mentor and supervise trainees, supporting them to achieve technical competence and confidence.
• Demonstrate safe and effective use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, providing feedback and reports to management.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and learning resources in good condition.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in the training environment.
Required Skills and Experience
• Recognized qualification in cell phone/mobile phone repair, electronics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cell phone repair (both hardware and software).
• Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor in vocational or technical skills training (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mobile phone components, repair tools, and diagnostic techniques.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt teaching to different learning levels.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards in workshop training.
• Passion for skills development and empowering youth with practical, marketable skills.

Position Summary
The District Field Officer shall be responsible for tasks related to the mobilization of clients, organizing, and delivering appropriate youth activities, monitoring of activities, communication and liaisons with district-based partners involved in the project and regular reporting to the ZW head office.
Responsibilities
-Liaise with the Youth Specialist and MERL Officer to mobilize enrol clients for ZW youth activities in line with ZW guidelines.
-Plan, organize and facilitate youth activities that include Enterprise and Business Development trainings, Passport to Success Life Skills Training, -Mentorship, Coaching and Technical skills training to youth enrolled under the Zimbabwe Works Project.
-Identify micro business opportunities in the districts of operation and provide clients with guidance on the choice of scalable start-up businesses.
-Support youth with business plan development during the training period.
-Draw up activity reports for each activity conducted and monthly and quarterly reports highlighting achievements, promising practices, challenges, and recommended solutions.
-Perform other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.
Required Skills and Experience
-Minimum of a university degree in Entrepreneurship/Business Administration/Development Studies or equivalent.
-Proven experience in facilitating Entrepreneurship & Business Development Trainings and Life skills training
-Proficiency in English and the relevant local language
-Ability to ride a motorbike and possession of class 3 motor bike license will be an added advantage
