Creamy chicken served with brown rice and braised asparagus
Ingredients✌🏾
• Chicken thighs, salt, pepper, paprika
• Onion, garlic, red pepper
• Fresh cream, chicken stock, mixed herbs
• Brown rice, butter/oil
• Asparagus, courgettes, garlic, mixed herbs
Steps
1. Cook rice: Simmer brown rice with butter, salt, pepper until soft.
2. Chicken: Season and sear chicken. Sauté onion + garlic. Add stock, then cream + herbs. Return chicken and simmer till thick and creamy.
3. Greens: Sauté asparagus & courgettes with oil, garlic, herbs, salt + pepper.
4. Serve: Plate rice, top with creamy chicken, and add greens. Garnish with fresh herbs.❤️
