Your leadership, skill, and determination are not only shaping the future of aviation in Zimbabwe but inspiring generations of young girls to dream beyond the skies.

As Women in Aviation International Zimbabwe Chapter, we remain committed to advancing, empowering, and supporting women in aviation because representation matters, and the sky is not the limit.

An absolute honour to be invited by to facilitate a Women in Aviation session at the 2026 Aviation STEM Camp ✈️
Our Outreach Team, led by our incredible Outreach Chair, showed up and truly delivered, equipping students with powerful insights, breaking down industry pathways, and levelling up their understanding of what’s possible in aviation.
But beyond the knowledge, it was the energy in the room that stood out: Young women left feeling seen, empowered, and confident, ready to take up space in the skies and beyond.
This year’s theme, “I Will Reach the Sky,” wasn’t just words, it became a mindset.
From curiosity to confidence, from dreams to direction… the future of aviation is in capable hands.
To every young girl who sat in that room:
You belong here. The sky is not the limit, it’s your starting point.

Following the successful establishment of an Aviation Enthusiasts Club at Batanai Secondary School (Mazowe Glendale) in October 2025, Women in Aviation International Zimbabwe Chapter returned on 30 January 2026 in partnership with National Development Network and Power in Action for a Back to School Pre-Visit 📚
The day was filled with impactful mentorship, debate, public speaking, and an exciting aviation-themed quiz empowering students with confidence, knowledge, and big dreams.
To top it off, we donated stationery and Girls in Aviation starter kits to all participants, planting seeds for future aviators 🌍✨
Together, we’re shaping minds, building confidence, and inspiring the next generation of aviation leaders.
