THE PERFECT 10-MINUTE STEAK 🔥
Nothing beats a juicy steak finished with garlic butter cubes. Simple, rich, and packed with flavour.
Save this recipe for your next braai or dinner.
Ingredients:
Steak (T-bone / sirloin / ribeye)
Garlic
Butter cubes
Salt & black pepper
Paprika
Fresh parsley (optional)
Method:
1. Season your steak generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a pan until very hot.
3. Cook steak 3–4 minutes per side depending on thickness.
4. Add butter cubes and crushed garlic.
5. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steak for 1 minute.
6. Rest the steak for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
