We’re incredibly proud to announce that our office building is officially the first completed project in Zimbabwe to receive EDGE Certification! 🌍✨

From design to construction to final verification, the journey has been both exciting and challenging — and we’re thrilled to show what’s possible using local materials and smart, practical design.

EDGE-certified buildings aren’t more expensive to build, and they’re cheaper to run in the long term: think water-saving taps, shading to reduce heat, insulation in walls and floors, and more.

Victoria Falls estate - Contours complex

One of four separate clusters within a large residential development in the heart of Victoria Falls.
These duplex units are immersed in greenery. With a centralised parking area, you are separated from the cars and roads typical of such developments. They flats been staggered to provide privacy and shading to the neighbours.

The double roof protects the building from heat gain from the scorching sun that drives temperatures over 46 degrees in the summer!

A study was done for the whole year making sure no windows nor doors were ever exposed to direct sunlight thanks to the large metal roof above.
