Please can you help me identify urban areas where basketball is dead or was never there

This was the scene on the day of the inaugural Tendai Simbai Basketball Community Development and yet it featured only Chitungwiza Teams
Now that it is going to involve more communities I wonder what the scene will be like
Parents ,brothers,sister and everyone please come support us come September
Our will be Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex and we hope it will be big enough to accommodate everyone

Chitungwiza is arguably one of the largest or biggest urban set up in terms of population,it has managed to produce many stars in various areas like sport ,art ,academics,pastors and etc
To date when we talk of sport it's sad to say the community is now dying
The community basketball court were all converted to business premises notably Zengeza 2 court is now Mbizi Bar , the Zengeza 4 court is now a Car park,the Unit L court is now a vegetables and flea market
All these areas produced athletes like Machuka,Mutasa,Solo,Alstar,Hwehwe,Siriza,Kaibinte,Victor,Brown,Noddy,Dhombiro,MAV,Bigpets and many more
As we want to develop the game how best do you think we can convince the City or town Authorities to rehabilitate these basketball courts and take Chitungwiza to where it belongs in sport especially Basketball
